Becoming aware

For highly sensitive people, practicing becoming aware of what belongs to you and what belongs to someone else.

Practice becoming familiar with your thoughts and emotions so that you can recognize when something is new, unfamiliar, or does not belong to you and isn’t your responsibility to solve.

[Learn] about yourself as [an] energetic being, so understand the auric field, the chakras, the subtle bodies, how they work, and why they work the way they do.

Ginny Jablonski

Healing your chakras

There is a correlation between the throat chakra and every chakra below it in the body’s energetic field.

How we begin to heal those chakras and express our consciousness at a higher level, our voice, the things we say, and the things that we hear and [how] we hear them [are] affected by any judgment, emotions, unhealed wounds, unforgiveness that we are holding … that [distress] can show up in many different ways.

Ginny Jablonski

Unbalance and distress in the sacral (and other) chakras can come up in:

  • Emotional triggers
  • Psychological blocks
  • Imbalance in hormonal production
  • The endocrine system

Almost all systems are affected by our thoughts, feelings, [and] emotions … every emotion – it has been scientifically proven – creates a hormone. For example, [feelings of] love create epinephrine and fear creates cortisol, and there are a hundred thousand nuances in between.

Ginny Jablonski

All your hormones regulate and direct the body, so if your thoughts and emotions are unbalanced, your hormones may be unbalanced, which disbalances the whole body.

Ginny’s near-death experience

Ginny was on a certain type of medicine that had been reported to have dangerous side effects. One night she took her dosage, and her lungs failed.

She entered a space within her subconscious where she decided to return to her body.

I did go to the other side and … that’s how my abilities were activated by going into that frequency and going beyond the veil, but I made the choice to come back and I came back.

Practice self-inquiry

You can practice self-inquiry by asking yourself some of these questions when you experience intense feelings or emotions:

  • What does this represent?
  • What am I afraid of?
  • Who have I not forgiven?
  • What am I resisting?
  • What am I not seeing about this perspective?
  • What did I come here to experience or learn through this challenge or relationship?

Tools such as EFT tapping, breathwork, grounding, somatic exercises, intentional movement like qigong, or spending time in nature can help you move from flight-or-fight and get into rest-and-digest, where you connect with your inner guidance.
