About Lisa Lewis

Trust me, I’ve been there, and here’s what I know about being Highly Sensitive. I didn’t know the first thing about being highly sensitive until I was in my 40’s when I started therapy. I was called “sensitive” throughout my life from parents, friends, strangers, bosses, just about anyone.

After starting my own personal therapy in 2006, I began taking group classes to get certified in Transpersonal Energy Healing. Through my studies, I learned that being highly sensitive is actually a gift, not a burden. That fact changed the course of my life and the way I felt about myself. I started embracing my sensitivity instead of negating and hiding it.
